📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert beauty and skincare consultations to clients, tailoring treatments to their unique needs and goals.
• Administer a wide range of aesthetic services, including facials, waxing, laser treatments, and body contouring.
• Recommend and sell premium beauty and skincare products from our in-house and partner brands.
• Maintain a clean and professional clinic environment, ensuring all equipment and supplies are well-stocked and in good condition.
• Educate clients on proper skincare routines and aftercare to maximize treatment results.
• Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive client experience.
• Upsell additional services and products to increase client satisfaction and revenue.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in the beauty and skincare industry to provide cutting-edge services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the beauty and skincare industry, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Certifications in at least one area of expertise, such as facial treatments, laser therapy, or aesthetic medicine.
• Strong knowledge of various beauty and skincare products, including brands like SkinCeuticals, La Roche-Posay, and Obagi.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple clients and appointments efficiently.
• Professional appearance and grooming to represent the brand effectively.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Passionate about the beauty and wellness industry and committed to continuous learning and growth.
