📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth and revenue targets by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client base.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services to key clients.,Monitor and analyze client performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including regular check-ins and feedback sessions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our clients receive the highest level of service and support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Key Account Management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of success in managing and developing key client relationships.,Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
