📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate and maintain molding machines to ensure efficient and high-quality production.
- Monitor production processes to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the engineering and quality control teams to improve manufacturing processes.
- Conduct routine maintenance and preventive measures to extend the lifespan of molding equipment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
- Train and mentor junior technicians to maintain high standards of performance.
- Document production data and maintain accurate records for quality assurance purposes.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in molding or related manufacturing roles.
- Proven expertise in operating and maintaining molding machines, particularly injection molding.
- Strong understanding of quality control principles and standards.
- Familiarity with relevant software tools such as CAD, CAM, or ERP systems.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in safety protocols and quality assurance is a plus.
- Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
