📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct health assessments and screenings for employees in manufacturing and warehouse environments.
• Provide first aid and emergency care to employees, ensuring immediate and appropriate treatment.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols, including personal protective equipment (PPE) usage.
• Monitor and maintain safety equipment, such as fire extinguishers and emergency exits.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Educate employees on health and safety practices, including ergonomics and hazard communication.
• Maintain accurate records of health and safety incidents, including injuries and illnesses.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement health and safety programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in occupational health nursing, preferably in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Certification as an Occupational Health Nurse (OHN) or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Indonesian health and safety regulations and standards.
• Proficiency in using safety data sheets, risk assessment software, and ergonomic assessment tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively educate and engage employees.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
