📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the safe management of research operations, ensuring compliance with international safety standards and regulations.,Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks and ensure the well-being of research personnel.,Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.,Provide training and guidance to research personnel on safety procedures and best practices.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of safety considerations into all research activities.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety records and documentation.,Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in safety management and incorporate them into our operations.,Report to senior management on safety performance and recommend improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in safety management, chemistry, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in safety management in a research or industrial setting.,Strong knowledge of international safety standards and regulations, including GLP, GCP, and ICH guidelines.,Proven track record of successfully implementing and maintaining safety protocols and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate safety risks.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with laboratory equipment, chemicals, and safety procedures is a plus.
