🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in student affairs, counseling, or a similar role,Strong interpersonal and communication skills,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Understanding of Indonesian culture and society,Familiarity with educational technology and tools
