📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks to customers,Maintain and clean coffee equipment and supplies,Assist the barista in managing the coffee shop during peak hours,Interact with customers to provide excellent service and ensure their satisfaction,Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment,Assist in inventory management and restocking coffee supplies,Learn and adapt to new coffee recipes and techniques,Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 6 months of experience as a Barista or similar role (preferred but not required),Excellent communication and customer service skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods,Friendly and approachable attitude,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
