📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the commis chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Ensure food quality and safety by following hygiene and safety protocols.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils.,Stock and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies.,Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff.,Work efficiently and effectively to meet production targets and deadlines.,Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality food service.,Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as an assistant chef or commis chef is a plus.,Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.,Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
