📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist nurses in patient care activities, including but not limited to, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with procedures.,Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation of patient care.,Assist in the preparation and sterilization of medical equipment and supplies.,Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.,Assist in the organization and management of the nursing unit.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the nursing unit's policies and procedures.,Assist in the implementation of infection control measures and protocols.,Assist in the management of the nursing unit's budget and supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Assistant Nurse or similar healthcare role.,Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with basic medical terminology and procedures.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Willingness to undergo a background check and drug test.
