📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Head Chef in preparing and organizing daily food menus.
  • Ensure the quality and safety of food products.
  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
  • Follow and enforce health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory and ensure timely restocking.
  • Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to kitchen policies.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.
  • Relevant culinary qualifications and certifications.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with local and international cuisines.
  • Proficient in using kitchen equipment and tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
