📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the distribution process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to meet customer demands and sales targets.,Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to prevent shortages or overstocking.,Develop and implement distribution strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Maintain accurate records of distribution activities and sales data.,Conduct regular reviews of distribution performance and provide recommendations for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to distribution.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff in distribution operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution or logistics management.,Strong knowledge of distribution processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
