Sumber Kirana Spareparts is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy HR Manager to join our team. As the Deputy HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR Director in managing and developing our human resources. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Support the HR Director in managing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
  • Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding.
  • Handle employee relations issues and conflicts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure HR needs are met.
  • Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using HR software and tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with the spare parts industry is a plus.
