📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage large-scale transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop transformation strategies.
• Implement change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership to ensure alignment with the company's vision and strategic objectives.
• Monitor and report on the progress of transformation initiatives, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital and operational transformation.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to help them achieve their goals and contribute to the success of the transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of transformation initiatives across the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in enterprise transformation, digital transformation, or a related field.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation tools and technologies, such as SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
