Place One Abadi is looking for a dedicated Finance Admin to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the finance team in achieving their goals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process and record all financial transactions accurately and timely.,Maintain and update financial records and documents.,Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.,Handle bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy.,Support the finance team in data analysis and reporting.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.,Handle vendor payments and ensure compliance with payment procedures.,Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Good understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.

🛠️ Keahlian

Accounting software proficiency (e.g.QuickBooksSAP).Experience with financial reporting and analysis.Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
