The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cash transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth operations at the reception desk.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently,Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff,Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions,Assist in managing the reception area and ensuring a welcoming environment,Coordinate with the medical staff to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes,Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies,Handle any additional administrative tasks as required,Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent,Experience in a customer service or cashier role is preferred,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Basic computer literacy and proficiency in office software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Good knowledge of Indonesian language and English is a plus,Familiarity with medical or healthcare environments is an advantage,Willingness to work in a hybrid model
