Shine Mart Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Internal Auditor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and procedures.,Identify areas of risk and recommend corrective actions to mitigate these risks.,Prepare and present audit reports to senior management.,Assist in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.,Collaborate with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices in internal auditing.,Provide training and guidance to junior staff on auditing procedures and techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in using auditing software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
