📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and regulations.,Reviewing financial statements, internal controls, and operational processes to identify areas for improvement.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Providing guidance and support to other departments on internal control matters.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of internal controls.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and internal controls.,Proficiency in using auditing software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and applicable regulations is a plus.
