📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.,Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.,Conduct financial audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.,Provide financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Certifications in accounting or finance are a plus.
