As a Lead Centre Manager (Active Aging), you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the AAC, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care. You will work closely with a team of skilled nurses, therapists, and support staff to develop and implement care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining the centre's reputation for excellence and creating a positive experience for both residents and their families.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the Active Aging Centre, ensuring high-quality care and a safe environment for residents.
• Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
• Monitor and evaluate the centre's performance, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Lead and mentor a team of nurses, therapists, and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, family members, and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for residents.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in active aging and senior care, incorporating innovative solutions to enhance the centre's offerings.
• Manage the centre's budget and resources, ensuring financial sustainability and operational efficiency.
• Promote and maintain the centre's reputation for excellence, attracting and retaining top talent and positive resident feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in senior care or healthcare management, with a proven track record of leadership and success.
• Certification in Active Aging or Senior Care Management is a plus.
• Strong understanding of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in senior care.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with healthcare software and electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to challenges.
