📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the front desk team to ensure high standards of service and efficiency.,Greet and assist guests arriving at the hotel, providing information and resolving any issues they may have.,Handle check-in and check-out procedures, including processing payments and issuing keys.,Coordinate with housekeeping, dining, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.,Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.,Handle guest complaints and concerns, ensuring they are resolved to the guest's satisfaction.,Monitor front desk operations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.,Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in front desk receptionist roles, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and staff effectively.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in using hotel management systems and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of local regulations and hospitality best practices.,A high school diploma or equivalent. A diploma in hospitality or related field is a plus.,Familiarity with customer service standards and quality assurance processes.
