📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform a variety of facial treatments, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, hydration, and anti-aging therapies.
• Assess client's skin conditions and recommend personalized skincare solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in facial treatments and skincare.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following hygiene and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a high standard of service and client satisfaction.
• Promote our services and attract new clients through effective communication and marketing.
• Manage client appointments and maintain a well-organized schedule.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our services and facilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Licensed Facial Therapist / Aesthetician with at least 2 years of experience in the beauty industry.
• Proven experience in performing a variety of facial treatments and skincare services.
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, skin types, and common skin conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with beauty industry software and tools, such as appointment scheduling systems and CRM software.
