📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Conducting job analyses and writing job descriptions.
  • Sourcing and screening candidates for various healthcare positions.
  • Conducting interviews and assessing candidates' skills and fit for the role.
  • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Providing feedback and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment strategies.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
