📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.,Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Monitor warehouse safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations.,Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy and prevent losses.,Manage warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Utilize warehouse management software to track inventory and streamline processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing warehouse operations efficiently.,Strong understanding of inventory management software and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
