Develop and optimize dry etch processes for semiconductor manufacturing,Monitor and maintain process equipment to ensure optimal performance,Conduct process validation and characterization to meet customer requirements,Investigate and resolve process issues and defects,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency and yield,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in semiconductor manufacturing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor process engineering, with a focus on dry etch processes,Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment,Proficiency in process control and statistical methods,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment,Fluency in English is required
