Overseeing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning,Leading and motivating a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets,Managing inventory levels and ensuring product availability,Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures,Conducting regular staff meetings to discuss performance and training needs,Monitoring and reporting store performance metrics to regional management,Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations,Promoting and implementing customer service initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the retail industry,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets,Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with retail software and systems,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation,Fluency in Indonesian and English
