📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.,Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to increase revenue.,Maintain inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the electronics industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Knowledge of inventory management and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail laws and regulations.
