📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to promote our products and services,Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients,Achieve sales targets and contribute to the team's overall performance,Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales and customer interactions,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience,Stay updated with market trends and industry developments,Participate in team meetings and training sessions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in telemarketing or a related sales role,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,High energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Valid SIM card and reliable transportation
