📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are performing at their best.
  • Develop and implement warehouse management systems and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is accurately recorded and managed.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving measures to improve the profitability of the warehouse.
  • Ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
  • Provide regular reports to management on the performance of the warehouse and any issues that need to be addressed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse management role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing warehouse operations and improving efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.
  • Ability to travel to different locations as required.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
