📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage delinquent accounts by negotiating payment plans and resolving disputes with customers.
• Utilize BCA Collection Management System (CMS) and SAP to track and update account statuses.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to facilitate collections and recoveries.
• Analyze customer data to identify patterns and trends in delinquency.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve recovery rates and customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular reports on recovery progress and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with BCA's policies and regulations regarding collections.
• Train and mentor junior staff to enhance team performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in collections or recovery roles, preferably in the banking sector.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
• Certification in collections or recovery management is a plus.
