📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Provide accurate information about medications, treatments, and healthcare services.
• Assist customers with prescription refills, order processing, and delivery coordination.
• Use Zoho CRM to manage customer interactions and track support tickets.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service by adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or retail environment.
• Proven ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Zoho CRM and other customer service software is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
