📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily operations of QSR locations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Manage staff schedules, performance, and training using tools like BambooHR and Workday.
- Ensure high standards of food quality and safety by working with our kitchen team and using tools like Safeway and FoodSafety.gov.
- Manage inventory and orders using Square POS and Toast.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff to ensure consistent service quality.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and local laws.
- Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to support their goals and initiatives.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a QSR or fast-casual restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of QSR operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- Experience using POS systems like Square POS and Toast.
- Experience with HR software like BambooHR and Workday.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, and local laws.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
