📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Providing medical care to employees, including diagnosing and treating illnesses and injuries.
• Conducting health assessments and screenings to ensure the overall health and safety of the workforce.
• Managing medical records and maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient information.
• Prescribing and administering medications as needed.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive medical care.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Providing medical advice and guidance to employees and their families.
• Participating in emergency response and disaster preparedness activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a medical practitioner in a mining or industrial environment.
• Certification as a medical practitioner in Indonesia.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
