As the Head of Logistic Department, you will oversee the entire logistics process, from procurement to delivery. You will work closely with our procurement team to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials, and with our production team to coordinate the smooth flow of goods. Your team will utilize advanced logistics software such as SAP and JDE Edge to manage inventory, track shipments, and optimize routes, ensuring that our operations run efficiently and effectively.

• Oversee and manage the entire logistics process, including procurement, warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
• Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
• Utilize logistics software such as SAP and JDE Edge to manage inventory, track shipments, and optimize routes.
• Collaborate with procurement and production teams to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on the latest trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Certification in logistics management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of logistics software such as SAP and JDE Edge.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
