As an IT Desktop Support Engineer, you'll be the go-to person for all things tech-related, from setting up new workstations to resolving complex IT issues. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our desktop environments are running smoothly, and you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills in a variety of IT areas, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide technical support to end-users, including hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems.
• Set up and configure new workstations, including installing operating systems, applications, and security software.
• Manage and maintain IT assets, including inventory, licensing, and disposal.
• Monitor and maintain system performance, including backups, updates, and security patches.
• Document all IT activities and maintain accurate records of all hardware and software installations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to our IT infrastructure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in IT desktop support or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, including Windows 10 and 11.
• Familiarity with common desktop support tools and software, such as Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, SCCM, and Intune.
• Experience with hardware troubleshooting and repair.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or similar are a plus.
