📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand market share and revenue.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and competitive analysis.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including F&B brand owners, distributors, and retailers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative business solutions and drive operational efficiency.
• Utilize Salesforce and HubSpot to manage customer relationships, track sales pipelines, and analyze market data.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new revenue streams and growth opportunities.
• Present business proposals and pitches to secure new partnerships and contracts.
• Measure and report on business development performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful business development strategies.
• Strong understanding of the local F&B market in Bali, including key players and market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot is a plus.
