📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, espresso-based beverages, and other specialty drinks.
• Maintain and clean the coffee equipment and café environment to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
• Interact with customers to understand their preferences and provide excellent service.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for coffee beans, milk, and other supplies as needed.
• Assist in the preparation of food items and ensure that the café's food and beverage offerings are well-balanced.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
• Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our offerings.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in the hospitality industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic understanding of food preparation and presentation.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg) as needed.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management software.
• Passion for coffee and a desire to provide exceptional service to our guests.
