📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collaborate with clients to understand their learning and development needs and design tailored learning solutions.
• Develop and deliver engaging and interactive learning modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Moodle.
• Conduct needs analysis and learning impact assessments to ensure the effectiveness of learning programs.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to support the implementation of learning solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to clients to ensure the success of learning initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
• Contribute to the development of learning content and resources for internal and external use.
• Measure and report on the impact of learning programs to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing learning solutions for organizations.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Blackboard, or Cornerstone.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certification in instructional design or learning and development is a plus.
